Shona and her 3 daughters moved up to Salmon Arm from Langley in 2017. After 20 yrs as a preschool teacher, and numerous years on the school PAC (parent advisory committee) she decided it was time for a career change and in 2021 received her real estate license.
WIth all 3 of her daughters being type 1 diabetics she spent a number of years volunteering with JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Foundation) and was involved with the Walk for a Cure in the Fraser Valley.
In her downtime you'll find her in the barn surrounded by her horses, off riding with her daughters, hiking with her dogs or off paddling with her friends.
With two of her daughters back in Vancouver for university Shona understands how valuable time and balance is to life.
